Daily Duties at Teva Canada Limitted:
Reported to Director, Pharmacovigilance, responsible for processing ADR/AE reports received from multiple sources, performing safety data entry into local safety database, reporting ADR reports to Global Safety Group and submitting CIOMS reports to Health Canada, writing Annual Summary reports for all Novopharm products and responsible for PV training. back-up for medical affair officer by answering drug information relevant concerns.
