Daily Duties at Gaia Communications:
Develop products; Manage projects; meet with Subject Matter Experts (SME); meet with customers and clients for capturing project goals and who the user is for the product required; manage the production team; interview and hire outside resources when needed for projects; research for pre-project planning; interface with print provider; obtain quotes from all outside resources; manage spreadsheets for all department record-keeping and reporting requirements; build timelines; Basecamp was the management software for the entire company which I updated for company-wide status reports
