Daily Duties at West Side Campus Of Care:
Directs the clinical staff to maintain quality standards of care in accordance with current Federal, State and Facility standards, guidelines and regulations. - Investigates allegations of abuse or unusual occurrences. - Oversees Infection Control, Falls and Pressure Ulcer Prevention Programs; monitoring for trends and implementing plans of correction. - Coordinate and oversee all direct patient care provided by clinical personnel. - Participates in hiring, orienting, training and dismissal of facility staff. - Assures adequate 24-hour nursing coverage in the facility each day. - Ensure appropriate communication regarding patient care with staff members, physicians and referral sources. - Coordinate and conduct staff development training in accordance with current Facility and State requirements.
