Daily Duties at Glauben Besitz Llc.:

As CEO, my responsibilities include but are not limited to the development of policy and procedures, the implementation of strategies and setting the overall direction of Strom, Inc. and Strom Energy, Inc. For example, I officially installed board members for all three companies (Glauben Besitz, Strom Inc., and Strom Energy) and developed an executive compensation plan. Articles of Incorporation for both Strom Inc. and Strom Energy were created. For Glauben Besitz LLC. (Holding Company), we developed an Operating Agreement. Strategically, we developed communication policies, engineering plans, staff and contractor onboarding and off-boarding policies and procedures. We developed and set in motion fundraising procedures which are closely monitored daily. I developed Request for Proposals and negotiated with contractors, such as energy companies and equipment companies. Under my direction, we developed an Information Technology plan which outlines usage and implementation of all technology. For Strom, Inc. I led and managed the development and submission of the application for the Liquid Natural Gas export license from Federal and local governments. Along with my internal staff, I procured a team of legal, accounting and engineering expertise to assist with completing the application. We developed a project plan and submitted our application to the Department of Energy within time and budget. In 2014, successfully, our application to export Liquid Natural Gas for countries that have a Free Trade Agreement with the US was approved by Federal and local governments . Pursuant to the Public Utility Regulatory Policy Act of 1978 (PURPA), my Strom Energy team and I developed and submitted applications to Federal and local governments and to energy companies to become a Qualified Facility. In 2016, we were granted a Qualified Facility status. A QF status provides guaranteed sales of electricity output to publicly regulated U.S. utility corporations at guaranteed minimum pricing (avoided costs) to ensure small electricity generators are able to develop utility-scale energy projects. In the Business Development arena, I developed a Capture Management Plan which outlines procedures to win Purchase Power Agreements as well as Liquid Natural Gas supply agreements. Along with my sales executive, we developed an obtainable sales strategy – which also includes a profit sharing plan.
