• Counseled small businesses, families, and individuals by using cost analysis techniques, which allowed them to select the most appropriate policies for health, life, disability, and long-term care insurance (Medicare); assessed risk tolerance and investment/risk-management goals to recommend solutions optimally suited to client needs. • Drove a pace-setting 20% increase in annual revenue for FY2015 by outperforming “high reach” sales target’s each quarter. • Developed and managed marketing functions including branding, sponsorship’s, social media, public relations, advertising, direct marketing, event marketing, collateral materials, analyst and website design and content.
