Daily Duties at Humana:

Manage a support team that provided comprehensive technical support to end-users, including troubleshoots and root cause analysis. Delivered organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, and supporting strategic plans for implementing technologies. Oversee the completion and collection of daily, weekly, and monthly statistics, status reports and graphical reporting aids, ensuring materials are consistently moderated to meet the needs of the department and business. Ability to identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers. Deploy a wide variety of training methods. Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions. Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them. Responsible for resolving any specific training difficulties and tailor programs as necessary.
