Daily Duties at Celerity:

• Produced all the project documentation including the project charter defining the projects scope, gathered and documented business and functional requirements, held design sessions, worked with the technical teams to guarantee project requirements were met, wrote test scripts ensuring that the test scenarios traced back to each requirement • Presented project status and readiness to proceed at project phase gates • Provided the stakeholders project status reports by conducting weekly review meetings and bi-weekly executive briefings as well as written and verbal status reports • Managed multiple separate project teams, working with each management team to prioritize work and tasks, developed resource plans and long term staffing plans; and managed project budgets including tracking contractor and vendor invoices.
