Daily Duties at Ibm:

• Financial responsibility for forecasting the project revenue and costs, managing the project budgeting and reporting on the status, performing invoice verification from project launch through closure. • Developing, maintaining and managing project artifacts including requirements and scope documentation, roles and responsibilities, and providing meeting minutes from all meetings with key stakeholders. • Defining and managing the processes and procedures to transition from active development to steady state operations and maintenance. • Reports weekly status to the executive steering committees and creates professional presentations as appropriate and as required. • Creating and sustaining the project schedule communicating the project task deadlines to the project team as well as the project leadership. Manages project deadlines and communicated any deviations to project leadership while suggesting corrective action for any deviations to scope, schedule and budget. • Manages the project change control process including writing and pricing project change requests. • Manages the project team providing guidance and creative problem solving and build a collaborative environment to achieve the best possible results. • Reviews proposals and provides technical delivery assessments and risks for other project proposals • Aids sales effort by participating in proposal teams and expanding IBM's footprint with existing clients by writing statements of work for follow on work. • Provides first line management to up to 15 employees helping them navigate through their day-to-day human resource issues, providing performance reviews and career guidance. The team included new college hires, experience hires, and existing long term employees. • Aids IBMs recruiting effort by conducting interviews at job fairs, college recruiting events, resume reviews and resume pre-selects.
