Daily Duties at Gabriel Communications:

As the General I was responsible for the overall sales of the organization, marketing decisions, switching operations, and overall P&L of the Wichita, KS market. I lead five direct reports which included a Sales Manager, Sales Engineer Manager, Customer Service Manager and Operations Manager along with a General Office manager. My day involved daily sales overview as well as daily install productivity, switching and operations productivity, billing processes and overall general day to day office management. I was also responsible for the hiring and firing of employees as well as taking care of any public exposure or public speaking engagements. My role was to establish a local leadership presence in the Wichita, KS market and provide local leadership to the Gabriel team.
