Daily Duties at Waypoint Homes:

 Manage all lease files for the Residents in the market; ensure file management, quality control and performing document storage in Salesforce and Yardi.  Act as an interdepartmental and Resident liaison to ensure the move-in process runs smoothly.  Coordinate repairs and maintenance issues in both vacant and occupied homes with the Home Services Team and delegate to internal vendor team.  Maximize the overall operating income per asset and portfolio while maintaining occupancy levels and ensuring positive relationships with residents.  Create annual outreach plans to coordinate quarterly resident events and team projects to enhance resident relations.
