Daily Duties at American Homes 4 Rent:
Convert leads generated from marketing activities to fully executed leases. Generate and complete marketing and sales report using CRM and Yardi systems. Market homes through MLS and other marketing sites to maximize leads. Perform open houses and inspect aging homes and advise District manager, Construction manager, and marketing department of strategy to lease aging homes. Manage renewals and promote tenant retention.
