Daily Duties at Los Angeles Cold Storage Co:

My primary responsibilities are oversee and follow up on each days pick up and deliveries, enter any new and stat orders, resolve any delivery challenges which could involve making contact with the customer, conduct the billing for our container operation, handle any overages, shortages and damages, address any accounts receivable concerns, submit carrier invoices for payment, notify carrier by email which invoices have been submitted for payment and also advise them regarding any adjustments to the invoices, monitor with the office clerks on order entries, and drayage container pick ups. I also on occasion cover our warehouse shipping window.
