Work with GMs and leadership teams to drive day-to-day business operations. Partner with directors of engineering, finance, HR and recruiting to manage fiscal year budgets. Deliver on recruiting strategy, project management, and product roadmaps to align with organizational goals. Manage re-organizational projects, workforce planning and a new financial hierarchy system integration
