Daily Duties at Kropp Forge:

Manage and control the production schedule to assure customer satisfaction with on time delivery. Work closely with machine shop to identify any dies that need to be re-worked or sent out for processing in order to meet the sales/production forecast. Interface with all supervisors with all demands and needs and identify any production problems in order to adjust work schedule. Release work orders to production floor for processing. Interface with sales/customber service with any manufacturing problems that may not meet the customer requirement date. Work closely with Operations Manager with all aspects to assure implementing of the production schedule
