Daily Duties at John Deere India:
Developed and documented manufacturing procedures and trained shop floor personnel by creating work instructions Implemented product modification changes through Engineering Change management. Used DFMA tools to transform 3D models and designs into production work packages / instructions. Developed process maps, product sync diagrams and work instructions to establish operation sequencing Process validation - Performed process validation tasks using PFMEA prior to manufacturing of assembly parts Tractor Prototype Building using APQP Process - Feasibility Analysis, Process and design validation, FMEA, DFM etc. Improved product quality using tools like DOE, Failure Mode Effects Ananlysis (FMEA), Root Cause Analysis Ergonomic Analysis - Conducted ergonomic study on assembly Line, identified high risk zones and implemented changes ProE Creo Parametric – Desigend fixtures and created axle assemblies for 9R FT4 Tractor Durability Build 7R/8R FT4 LPB (Chassis & Final) - Interference Analysis, Work Instructions, PPAP, Ergonomic Analysis Assembly workbook Standard time Audit - 7R / 8R Chassis Line using standard data application (Global tables and ASB)
