• Finance Validator for Lean/Six Sigma (LSS) projects tracked in Oracle Instantis software: research, analyze and validate financial benefits of LSS Black Belt and Green Belt projects • Currently supporting Lean Six Sigma project development and tracking of projects totaling $1B in net benefits Provided financial planning and analysis support of expense and HC budgets for various Vice Presidents’ organizations. Prepared annual budgets and monthly forecasts, and analyzed monthly expense and headcount results vs. budget and forecast projection, focusing on business drivers of variances. Demonstrated expert-level knowledge of Excel and Excel Essbase add-in, PowerPoint, Word, and proprietary database software. Mined data, analyzed revenue, and presented findings and recommendations to senior management to drive business decisions. Supervisory responsibilities for first level management. • Provided financial planning and analysis support of $200M, 1,500 HC expense budget for Sales VP and Marketing VP. Reported and analyzed $4B annual revenues by category, calculating price and volume variance drivers • Developed detailed monthly Best View forecast, evaluating and projecting headcount and overtime, as well as nonwage and contractor expenses; forecasts within 1% of actuals on average • Consistently highlighted and communicated trends resulting in programs/directives to reduce costs, improve processes, and increase productivity and revenue for the organization.
