Daily Duties at Arthrocare Corp:
Desktop support for all Microsoft Office 03 products, with focus on Outlook 03. Setup network access, security, and permissions for new employees using Active Directory software. Installation and troubleshooting, over the phone of all customer solutions including (but not limited to) broadband access (DSL, cable, T1), hardware troubleshooting (routers, pc’s), VPN connections. Worked with customers and field technicians over the phone, with installation of all flavors of broadband access (ADSL, DDSL, SDSL, IDSL, cable, T1), and configuration of access CPE and routers. Assigning of IP addresses. Completion of order tickets. Address customer issues, and answer pending emails. Responding to outages or performance alerts within SLA guidelines. Configuration and installation of many types of Routers including Cisco and Netopia.
