Daily Duties at Ectel:
• Develop supply chain support structure for the region where I reviewed contract SLA deliverables, support services, financial P&L status, contract issues, resource requirements, and supply chain logistics. • Developed strategy plan for each country within the LATAM region and established performance goals, revenue planning, contract requirements, resource planning, support services and deliverables requirements.
