Sell bandwidth. With 8 named assigned accounts my objective was to make inroads into these accounts and increase market share, be more responsive than competition,present interconnection options by demonstrating how a financial intra net could grow business and reach more customers. Developed a Customer matrix on every account from CEO,CFO,CIO,CTO down to the trading desk I could tell you within moments who was responsible for what or their wife's name , birthday, to the scotch they drank. This was a living breathing document.I believe this allowed me to bury the competition.
