Daily Duties at Idea Tek Communications:

Lead the sales and marketing with additional functions including vision, mission, focus and direction to the Leadership TEAM and my team as well. Responsible for all sales and marketing decisions and service delivery for commercial business operations as well as residential sales team. Three direct reports included Director of Sales and Marketing; Service Delivery Manager and Sales Engineering Manager. Lead/supported sales and delivery team, managed solution processes for customer installs. Liaison on all technical solutions with sales engineers on high-end clients. Removed all obstacles to sale/new customer installs. Collaborated with key stakeholders on all new sales/marketing concepts. Provided leadership to the management team and the carrier sales group as a functional manager. Met with the Executive management team on a weekly basis to discuss revenue goals and support needs to grow the company.
