Daily Duties at Artisan Infrastructure/Neverfail:
Provides leadership and direction to the global sales team. Member of the Senior Management Team. Provide sales vision to a team of young sales professionals as well as tenured sales talent. Help in the orchestration of bringing in large accounts across the world. Client base consists of Fortune 100 companies which require a knowledge and understanding of their unique needs. Schedule weekly One-On- One calls with each sales Director as well as weekly TEAM accomplishments calls. Provide strategy and specific negotiations to each individual sales individual. Use this platform for all to learn and become a better sales person. TEAM calls cover current sales strategies for hard to close deals, prospecting concepts as well as upcoming events needing to consider for attendance. This role is key in budgeting for marketing, events and campaigns as well as sales events and conferences in the future. Provide revenue forecasting on a weekly basis as well as monthly and quarterly.
