Grow and manage volume by new business acquisition, distribution growth through new sales channels, retention of current accounts. Maximize product penetration with all accounts. Introduce new thin film coatings to RX customers, sales channels like Fog Free. Train sales/customer service to cross sell existing customer base on new products . Handle any and all questions on coating applications to why a coating would fail. Resolution of quality issues that maintain customer relationship.
