Daily Duties at Cyberonics:
Responsibilities included coaching and developing 7 Therapeutic Consultants and 2 Account Executives to implement all aspects of the sales cycle for VNS Therapy. Responsible for ensuring all six territories hit or exceeded quarterly quotas for patient identification (both epilepsy and depression), OR adds, Revenue Generation and Reach/Frequency metrics. I conducted two-day field rides with each TC and AE at least three times per quarter. I spent four days/week in the field. Manage quarterly regional budget for TC’s and AE’s. Maintain responsibility for hospital pricing negotiations, bulk purchase agreements, and Account Contracts. Additional responsibilities include, hiring, terminating, sales training, goal setting with Director, and MD speaker development.
