Daily Duties at Bayer Health Care:
Responsible for coaching and developing 10 Key Account Managers in the western US. The Key Account Managers call on the largest accounts which generate over 31% of total revenue for the women’s health care product portfolio. They are also responsible for implementing the WHC Residency Curriculum in our top OB/GYN residency programs across the country. I am responsible for hitting and exceeding quarterly quotas and growing the business by 20% year over year. Additionally, I spend time in the field coaching and mentoring KAMs, manage quarterly budgets, seek out contract opportunities with large key accounts, hire, terminate, sales training, and goal setting with the National Account Director.
