Daily Duties at Danlin Industries:
Establish ground floor business for Danlin. Manage, hiring, training, and terminating actions for all employees. Manage territory opening programs as the sole sales/marketing professional for chemical production projects. Collaborate with engineers, company men, and corporate team leads. Conduct extensive sales calling and account management on behalf of potential and existing clients. Oversee projects including installation of chemical PMUs and tanks, and well testing. Manage the full sales process from original consultation to sales close, including price quotes, credit terms, and other bid specifications. Provide exemplary technical support and cost effective chemical testing and treating. Manage full account actions, including recordkeeping, quality control, and production to meet critical deadlines. Trained all employees to be customer service driven, with excellent communication skills and solid business ethics.
