Daily Duties at Miami Fc:

• Integrative decision maker creating, implementing and measuring the success of a comprehensive and pro-active marketing and communications program that enhances the club’s brand and position within the marketplace and the general public • Assume overall responsibility for developing the annual marketing plan for the club; for strategic market planning; marketing activation and engagement planning, and controlling of the marketing budget • Develop and implement an aggressive advertising plan to increase awareness through broadcast, print and electronic media, outdoor advertising, web content, community partners and social media platforms. Manage the planning, development and insertion of traditional media spend • Protect and champion the Miami FC brand and ensure articulation of the club’s desired brand position, assure consistent communication of brand and position throughout the club, and manage communication of image and position to all constituencies, both internal and external. Police and protect brand consistency • Establish and lead all outreach programs • Coordinate the creation and deployment of all email and digital marketing. Oversee the strategy, execution and management of the department's e-mail marketing campaigns including creating targeted e-mail messages and developing innovative digital concepts • Support the goals of Miami FC ticket and sponsorship sales with initiatives that create engaged and convertible consumer and business audiences • Manage all social media activities including planning seasonal strategy, the development of graphics and reporting • Take ownership and management of Miami FC database (quality and quantity) and champion data capture, data management • Support all partnership initiatives with brand and collateral development and collaborate on sponsorship opportunities • Monitor and optimize marketing media spend to maximize ROI
