Daily Duties at Accenture:
• Generated periodic & standardized performance & business related reports catering to Business & Senior management for 1400+ CSR’s/Team leads across multiple telecom industry clients • Provided systematic and significant inputs to Business leads in order to drive manage & implement client and service level agreements. • Schedule & Forecast appropriate staffing using Blue Pumpkin to achieve optimized productivity. Assist in automating & implementing MIS related processes. • Liaise with Client & Vendor management team in order to understand the pace and requirements of business. • Oversee monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of organization's financial performance against budget, financial and operational goals. • Managing Operations KPI’s through direct intervention, reporting & escalations, driving change management, process set up and implementation and liaison across the organization and with the US based clients to ensure effective strategy for short term planning requirements. . • Responsible for making daily, weekly and monthly reports reporting different parameters or key metrics which actually gives a clear picture about the progress of process in terms of business, cost, requirement analysis, forecasting .
