As part of Marketing Performance Measurement group, managed team of 24 members executing key performance projects aligned to HP’s long term strategy (Marketing Analytics) • Delivered strategic direction to clients; develop strategic analysis and methodologies to support HPS+S Portfolio Planning Operations business planning teams in areas of Go-To-Market, Product Marketing etc. • Managed service delivery, Client relationship, Business Analytics requirements for marketing organizations. • Mentored/coached teams on various CRM Tools, Duns and Bradstreet database, Harte Hanks, Siebel and other data sources (Enterprise Data warehouse, Business Objects, SAP) • Supported key strategic project sponsored by Executive Council (EC) on Workforce Strategy, Headcount planning.
