Daily Duties at Hewlett Packard:
Managed team of 39 members (Managers, Program Managers, Consultants, Analysts) to drive Sales enablement and effectiveness for WW Technology Services Annuity group (both direct and Indirect Channel) • Created long-term and near-term roadmap for Business Analytics around Sales Enablement areas. • Build strategic relationships with senior executives in the business (C Suite) and serve as a strategic consultant to help the business translate their business needs into analytic strategies. • Led the strategy of deploying a common analytics approach to decision-making, resulting in significant standardization, efficiency and effectiveness benefits. • Analytics advisory and consulting for Fortune 500 clients across functional domains and industries • Directs large, global, virtual and cross-functional teams and communications to facilitate the development and deployment of strategic analytics program/solution. • Demonstrated incremental business impact (margin improvement, cost reduction and revenue enhancement) of $ 500 MN within 2 years based on new analytical solution deployment across functional domains.
