Daily Duties at Ag Junction:
• Analyzed and restructured the QMS to achieve ISO 9001: 2008 registration. • Entire QMS was six 4” binders and condensed and ameliorate the QMS to three 1” binders • Trained and guided new internal ISO 9001:2008 auditors. • Develop and implemented nonconforming procedure and incoming, in process, and final inspection procedures • Created a Supplier Development Manual and Audit program. • Visited and Audited current Suppliers to see that they have good Manufacturing processes and procedures. • Visited and Audited prospective new Suppliers to see their capability to produce our product. • Help develop reporting on warranty expense and defective product for continual improvement.
