Daily Duties at Seton Company:
Administrator charged with providing first level support on all hardware, software and network issues at global corporate headquarters. Responsible for departmental budget which produced a cost reduction of 35% annually during tenure. Accountable for regular maintenance via modem and dedicated lines. Monitored infrastructure operations and worked with the director of Network Operations to develop viable long term solutions. Led administration of Exchange 5.5 and then upgrade to Exchange 2003. Implemented a centralized secure storage system for all data storage media and licensed software. Evaluated and installed Microsoft Project Server to allow collaboration between PM teams. Leveraged colleague relationships to provide free upgrade of all display devices at corporate headquarters. Developed and enhanced existing Human Resources reporting system
