Essential representative tasked with managing the installation and configuration of system devices, operating systems, and applications within the Active Directory infrastructure. Led the provisioning and implementation of data circuits for remote offices. Implemented Automated Tape Backups for remote offices using Backup Exec. Researched and employed cost cutting measures for the IT operation budget. Oversaw all network operations for all remote locations.
