Daily Duties at Novelis Inc. (Formerly Alcan):
• Responsible for investigations of all customer complaints for the entire North American continent customer base on products produced from multiple Novelis Mills. • Represented Novelis mills in Canada, USA, Brazil and Korea. • Established and qualified all Toll processing for Novelis Mills to provide value added product streams such as painted coil, stretch leveled marine plate and railcar shate and Anodized Architectural Panels. • Supervised Claims administration group out of Cleveland Corporate offices. • Provided technical service and process troubleshooting for all customers at their request. • Supported Sales group in all new product developments for OEM, Distribution and Transportation Markets. • Provided Technical training for Inside Sales Group on Aluminum Assoc. Standards and Data.
