Daily Duties at Spireon:
• Primarily responsible for managing the day to day operation in the Fleet Services manufacturing and shipping departments. Program devices; prepare items for shipment by performing the listed duties to quality and productivity standards. Assist with inventory management practices, and may, from time to time, assist with order fulfillment, testing and boxing. Work is performed under the general supervision of the operations manager. May receive special projects from other managers in the company with the approval of the operations manager. • Manages the work flow in the factory area, ensuring factory technicians remain productive and providing direction in build requirements. Increased build numbers by 35%. • Provides training to factory personnel on inventory, manufacturing, and Quality Assurance policies, analysis of Quality Assurance failures to improve manufacturing practices, set monthly productivity and finished goods goals. • Prepares circuit boards and electronic modules for assembly, including testing and modification, programs and tests circuit packs and reconditioned modems, as well as final QA on all devices. • Troubleshoot devices via debug and manipulate the startup sequence comm., GPS, and APN’s
