• Provided leadership in the implementation of ISO 9001: 2015 for the company where no previous quality system existed. • Established company QMS policy, guidelines and lead the company to successful documentation of the various processes, purchasing procedures and corrective action systems. • Arranged and provided for plant training of personnel in advanced QMS procedures. • Lead and advised engineering group in the successful installation of a Kampf slitting system. • Lead the repurposing of an existing foil producing mill into a new and diversified product market consisting of automotive, distribution, electrical conductor and building and construction products. • Initiated and lead the process engineering group in the establishment of rolled to temper, partial annealing tempering and various finishing process to facilitate the production of quality products for the intended new markets. • Provided metallurgical expertise to the continuous casting teams in order to advance the current technology toward new and improved processes. • Provided assistance and leadership to the operations group in terms of planning, installation of a new Global Shop ERP and daily operational management and scheduling of the process.
