Led the global Quality Monitoring Team, including the Platinum team, in meeting customer quality of service thresholds by defining and implementing action plans to respond to system alerts and other performance indicators. Launched QMT metrics-driven automation projects to automate work processes via macros and ticket workflows. and incorporate innovative business processes to increase team efficiency. Strong focus on presentation of monthly team statistics to senior management.
