Daily Duties at Idt Telecom:

Operational oversight and management of large global commercial projects. Full life-cycle management and successful roll-out for the Automatic Carrier Testing (A.C.T) project; including user workflow definition and API development to support the integration of Ascade telecom software. Performed business and technical activities to integrate a broad range of third-party software with IDT systems, including requirements definition and collaboration, Quality Assurance, and production support. Provided technical capability and leadership: developed Brios reports for monthly and quarterly reporting, SQL reports, VBA Macros, and bi-monthly updates to the Codes database.
