Daily Duties at Idt Telecom:
Global Operational management of various commercial teams. Supervised a large global technical team including fault isolation and diagnostic assessment specialists;maintained an approach stressing real-time corrective response. Implemented policies and action plans to evaluate and optimize business procedures through the creation of robust workflows and API development. Oversight of proprietary call routing solutions as well as the use of Big Data tools to analyze large sets of call records, voice protocols (SS7, SIP), to investigate and resolve carrier/customer issues, and SQL queries for auto-tasks for workflow.
