Daily Duties at Cgi:

Guide Quality/Process Improvement Team through project lifecycle on multiple projects while managing client accounts including STG (Plymouth Rock Assurance), Travelers, and Kingsway Financial. Lead all change management activities, including pricing, assessment, due diligence, solution development, implementation, and billing. Grow STG account from two companies to ten and renew three-year contract. Successfully turned around struggling relationship with high-profile client, significantly improving customer service and quality through situation analysis, teaming with Department Director and Production Lead to redesign account services, and implementing new processes and procedures. Frequently requested by management of outside business units to learn client operations, provide process mapping, and create process redesign road-map to achieve improvements in efficiency and profitability. Maximize departmental quality and profitability through implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and facilitation of continuous quality and process improvement meetings to isolate defects and arrive at solutions.
