Daily Duties at Lahey Health:

Lead targeted teams through Lean Six Sigma DMAIC process to improve IT processes. Successfully guide teams through Root Cause Analysis activities resulting in clear resolution plans including needed policies and procedures. Work directly with Project Management Office Director to install a Project Management Office at Lahey Health. Define Project Portfolio Management Governance and set up formal processes for project intake and strategic project alignment. Create project portfolio metrics and report up to senior leadership.
