Daily Duties at A&B Electric Company, Inc.:
• Updated entire safety and risk management manual to comply with the OSHA, NEC, & NFPA standards • Built and created a New Hire Orientation program for all entities using DVD technology. • Trained all personnel in all required OSHA training and required client training • Conduct site safety plans prior to work commencing on a new project • Conduct mock OSHA inspections on job sites and other company facilities • Handle all in house injury/first aid cases along with Recordable/DART cases that involve further medical attention. • Manage all Worker Compensation claims for Recordable/Days Away, Restricted, and Transferred (DART) incidents.
