Daily Duties at Summit Academy Charter School :
Launched new educational programs and services to establish organizational compliance with local, state and federal regulations. Supervised co-teaching classrooms, coordinated and reviewed teacher evaluations and facilitated meetings with Committee on Special Education. Prepared department budget and hired staff. Provided scholarships for select students. Successfully prepared students for their College experience and created exit summaries for graduating students. Oversight for the department with a staff of 12.
