Daily Duties at Cognizant Technology:

The operation involved managing day to day team activities and mentoring aspiring team members for new roles with in the organization. • Responsible for leading a team of 30 Process Associates (Date Entry) involved in processing Money In, Money Out, Data Reformatting and Morning Star requests/tasks • Managing team and performing functions viz. manpower planning, recruitment and selection, induction, performance appraisal and training; conduct regular one on ones on monthly basis and completed bi-annual and annual appraisals • Leading and mentoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operation s and meeting of individual and team targets as per the SLA (Service Level Agreement) and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) • Handling Process Audits by following all DPA’s, Contract Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering, US Regulations and Adherence on daily basis • Conceptualizing and developing need based training for developing multi skilled workforce within sub processes for optimum efficiency while identifying improvement areas and implementing improvement measures to maximize customer satisfaction levels • Ensuring continuous interaction with the client to make sure that the area of concern can be worked upon for improved service levels • Certified on Train the Trainer • Conduct BCP (Business Continuity Planning) Testing bi-annually • Member of the Pilot Batch for Retirement Services Process, handling different processes for one of the biggest US Insurance and Financial Advisors
