• Served as the Language Art’s Department Head, trainer, and writing advisor to Reading Coach • Instructed 10th – 12th graders in English II-English IV as well as Intensive Reading • Coached Intensive 11th-12th graders in Reading and achieved a 59% passing rate on FCAT • Coached level 1-5 10th graders for FCAT Writes • Followed all State and County protocols for ESOL/ESE students with accommodations • Established professional relationships with stakeholders and students alike • Implemented lesson plans provided by district • Implemented the use of portfolios, cooperative learning, pullouts and Whole Group Learning • Continued Professional Development including ESOL and Reading Endorsement
