• Manager in charge of curriculum for Humanities, crew of up to 25 people • Developed and integrated electronic Humanities Curriculum into a Learning Management System • Quality inspected and set priorities for data entry personnel • Trained employees, resolved conflicts, reviewed performance, motivated, hired and terminated • Task manager in charge of high quality digital courseware • Approved scheduling of temporary workers and full time staff • Image manipulation for course design • Computer systems merger liaison • Technical Support • Selected as the assistant manager in charge whenever manager was off site • Begun training to be a Quality Matters Peer Reviewer
