• Oversees and coordinates the technical operations of all corporate and educational client digital initiatives and communications including RFP's and processes • Oversee and manage all client and business partner relationships • Originally created, developed, and oversee implementation of all management services for implementation, training, and support department for cloud-based multi-disciplinary LCMS educational software company • Serve as the direct liaison between technological industry software design team, academic research, educational leaders, and market/trend experts to create state-of-the-art emerging educational technology services • Responsible for designing cutting edge, innovative, effective, and efficient all-inclusive implementation, training and professional development services for clients • Complete oversight of all instructional design services • Provides comprehensive and effective e-learning services including design, support, and troubleshooting for all digital courseware application needs • Manages department that facilitates the implementation, training, support, and transition of brick and mortar courses to digital environments • Successfully manages and oversees the communication between all stakeholders including managing management, design consultants, hardware and software technicians, implementation and support personnel, et al. in the creation of state of the art curriculum instructional course materials • Responsible for state and national policies and protocol compliancy • Conducts and organizes teams to keep up with academic research to ensure implementation of current best practices
