In charge of all operating areas to financial reporting, budget preparation, ERP implementation and analysis on the development of the mine AGM, Inc at Guyana. Overall authority for the financial, costing accounting and capital project execution. Supervise staff of 10, responsible for all financial, cost accounting, planning, manage systems changes, establish internal controls, contract administration, purchasing and warehouse for mining development for a project over USD$249 million dollars starting production on Q3 2015.
