Daily Duties at Hewlett Packard Enterprise:
Client-facing role, single point of contact for core business administration and account governance, business development, workforce management, performance management, customer satisfaction and account operations & delivery. Also oversee the delivery of account business operations for service request management, procurement request management, asset management, document management, contract management, service level agreements and metrics, as well as the account's client-facing Policies and Procedures Manual. In this role I have consistently achieved high customer satisfaction while meeting account & corporate goals of both revenue & margin. From an operational and governance perspective I have always met SLAs & contractual obligations and even exceeded customer’s expectations
