RN working with patients that are severely impaired and disabled. Pts require acute nursing care, medication delivery, physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. Trach management, GT feedings and care, ventilator management, neuro assessments and physical assessments. Educated parents on Infection Control and hand hygiene to reduce the infection rate on these pts from 13% to 2%. Independent RN.
