Managed new car inventory. Resolved customer issues. Negotiated both new and pre-owned car sales as wells as trade values. Managed a staff of 5-10 sales associates. Experience in preparing documentation for bank and DMV processing. Interface with factory staff on all issues from inventory to approval of certified cars.
